Richter Tree and Lawn

Wouldn't complete job as agreeing on Text. Agreed $400. remove bushes & roots. Got the money, refused to remove roots & left. Saw & heard by his asst.

I hired Richter for removal of my dead sago palm. Richter let me know when he was coming and gave me a price, which I agreed. Richter came when he said they would, and cut down my dead palm out front of my house. They were very prompt and did a fabluous job. He also cleaned up leavings from the palm. I highly recommend Richter and will use them again.

We hired Richter after the bad frost we had in February, like any other home owners we were very disappointed by all the damage caused by the freezing temperatures. Richter was able to give us strong advice and cleaned our lawn, trimmed the trees, mulched and made our yard beautiful again. We recommend Richter tree and lawn.

Very pleasant people and seemed very knowledgeable. Was looking forward to having our trees gone. When it came down to it he did not want to do what we wanted. He was upset that we took the mulch out of the garden from the limbs he cut. HE did not seem to believe me that our daughter became ill with a very bad reaction to having the trees cut and mulch in the yard. He stated that he had never seen that happen before. We also did not like the way it looked and wanted it gone. Our house, our choice. Will be sending him the last payment and not using him again. Took the trees down ourselves and it looks amazing.,

They did everything we asked and were extremely thourough in their cleanup

Ryan did a fantastic job. He walked my property, asked my opinion, gave me terrific options, and found the perfect specimens. He was done planting the 20+ trees and shrubs in two days. He even mowed my grass because he wanted it to look nice. Talk about service! Very friendly. Highly recommend him.

His tree trimmer was unreliable. I felt at times we were forgotten.

Was unable to be present the day of service. Trees were shaped very well but wanted to have a few additional branches removed that hung over neighbor's property and he came back on a later date to trim those branches. want customers to be totally satisfied.

5 stars---we handled everything over the phone since I am permanently disabled from a leg wound. It was an emergency because a neighbor planted them when my husband and I were working on the railroad. When we returned to Texas, there were bamboo trees on our property through no fault of us.
