Rick was very punctual and quick to get started when he first contacted me. He came in and gave an estimate that was significantly less than the other bids we got. He framed our entire basement, including a bed and bathroom. The bed and bathroom only were framed but the great room was finished. The framing went up extremely quickly which was awesome. The rest of the process was a little slower. The sub-contractors he used sometimes took a week plus to get out to do what they needed. The company he used to provide doors wasn't great, a couple of doors came up with their frames either partially cracked or the doors warped and they won't close flush to the frame. But that's what we get for going with the cheaper sub-contractor option that he gave us. He worked really really hard to work with our budget which was amazing. As a first-time homeowner and a newly married couple, we had no idea how to go about our first big home renovation. He walked us through the process and helped us cut costs where we could. I'm sure if we had used his higher-end sub-contractors it would've been a different story. All in all, we got what we paid for. We could've shelled out a couple of grand more and used the better subs but we didn't think it was worth it. He was extremely personable and flexible with our hectic schedule which was very much appreciated. We will totally keep Rick in mind for future projects, and now we know to use the better sub-contractors.

We had 3 pros came to do the estimate. Rick is the one we feel we could trust. His price wasn't the lowest but very competitive. He worked with us to save more by walking with us at Lowes to pick materials and services that would work but yet cheaper than his original quotes. We are so pleased with the final outcome. The finished rental basement was on a low budget but yet does not look cheap at all. We would definitely hire him again and recommend to our friends.

Rick was great to work with. He was prompt, within budget, and very personable. We will be thinking of Rick for any other projects.

Excellent work. Rebuilt my back deck and stairs with attention to details. Rick listens very well to what you want and makes it happen. I've been receiving complements on his work. I would definitely hire him for my next project.
