Rick Henry Plumbing Service

Rick is a warm, cordial guy who appears extremely knowledgeable about his work. After he fixed our water main problem, we hired him to add a new line & turn-off valve to our refrigerator (for the ice & water dispenser in the front of the fridge). We have better pressure coming out of our water dispenser than we did when the fridge was new and our ice maker is making ice so quickly, we actuallly have to turn if off periodically because it fills up so quickly!. We told Rick we would recommend him "in a heartbeat" to anyone!! I also told him I was glad we now had a top notch plumber we could call on for ALL our plumbing needs!

I called Rick and he responded quickly (same day, within 2 hours and I'm quite a way from where he lives). He knew exactly what to do to fix my problem and did the work here in a short amount of time. Having him fix the problem here in the timely fashion he did was like a breath of fresh air! I would recommend him to others.

called on a saturday. came quickly attacked the problem quickly didn;t over charge me .Then called on sunday to see if everything was still going ok.

Rick has been great to work with. I would definitely call on him again in the future.

plumbing repairs in bathroom

Didn't tell me they could not replace my tub hardare without beaking some tiles. Caulked them back together and it looks awful. AWFUL! Left the place a mess. Did not clean up after himself. WASTE OF MONEY!

Upon initial agreement to do the job, he agreed to arrive between 8-9am. He shows up 4 hours late and only because I called him. He reviewed what needed to be done and made a recommendation of what the job would entail. I agreed for him to do the work. While working, Rick took 3.5 hours to do a 20 minute pipe fixing. The other 3 hours and 10 minutes, he took 3 bathroom breaks, 3 water breaks AND he sat and flirted with my tenant the whole time. He comments "If I would have known you were paying by insurance, I would have jacked the price up $100 more." "That's what insurance is for, it's not coming out of your pocket" Very disappointing

Had a bit of a problem with keeping to the times he said he'd come by. I can only imagine it was because he was tied up on other jobs. Didn't call with estimate of the work he needed to do on the second day to finish the job, but the work was very good. Most problems were fixed (old house and old plumbing, so I wasn't expecting miracles). Left a bit of an extensive clean-up job for me in one bathroom, but I imagine that's to be expected with the extent of the work done. Would use again!

Rick was very responsive and he was immediatly available. He did fix the problem but he mis-judged where he should have cut a hole to access the plumbing. To fix it he covered it up with a chrome plate which is now a permanent unexplainable fixture in my master closet. If he would have offered to have it fixed permanently instead of covering it up I would have rated him higher.

Rick Henry took care of the problem I was having with my toilet. He was on time and worked fast. I did think he was very expensive.....though I might not be aware of current rates.

came out same morning as call. Left soon after seeing situation. Poor: upon return, needed to leave again to get other toilet parts; yet not all needed. Returned week later, yet unable to bring toilet part that properly fits, so now I have choice of living with improperly fitting tiolet part, or finding another on my own. Good: I like replaced sink parts.

He responded to my service magic request within 2 hours (on a Saturday afternoon!). He came the next morning and got my faucet installed and the shut-off valves replaced so I could turn my water back on. I was impressed with his responsiveness, his courtesy, his professionalism, the quality of his work, and the fairness of the bill! Thank you Mr. Henry!

I had a lot of concerns. The person who did my work seems unsure of what he was doing. I had to call the company back several times to ask them to come back to fix some problems that I had with the work. I felt the overall job was not the excellent work I expect from professionals. They were courteous and prompt.
