I have used this contractor many times because he's local. The PRICING is like he's a NUMBER 1 contractor, but the truth is he DOES NOT PRODUCE THE QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP based on his prices. A few years ago... yes. But he no longer stays with the project or assists with the project, but you are PAYING for master craftsmen. And he NEVER likes to stay to his original bid. And when they leave.... check your tools. I'm currently missing a ladder, caulking gun, screw drivers etc. etc... He asked if he could keep a good review from years ago... at first I said yes...but, no. He needs to be stopped.

Rick is a very personable fellow, very, very good at what he did and he would be the first person I'd call.

My wife and I were very pleased with Rick's work. Not only did he do a great job for us, but he had a very pleasant disposition and was very easy to work with on our home project. He was punctual and brought along his collection of pictures from previously completed projects. Again, we were very pleased and will most definitely use him again in the future if we need a handyman. We would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a handyman,

Very shorty workmanship. Deck was not square. Numerous short cuts to boards. I stopped work after two weeks and requested refund- paid large portion of total cost before work was completed. Won sizable judgement in small claims court (he never appeared) and all I hear is I do not have it is. complete dishonest.

Very pleased. He contacted me immediately and kept in touch about when he was coming. He was very pleasant and was a joy to be around. The requested job was accomplished and I am happy with results.

Showed up when they promised. Had to do a rework on the front where we have rock work (mainly because we wanted it done differently). and did so promptly and courteously

Do not always go with someone because they bring a portfolio with them to show you other work they have done, and it looks great. Does not mean you will receive the same quality of work. You wonder "so if I hired him to build a room, and the wood was warped, would he still use it, and later when a problem arises say it wasnt his fault it was the woods fault because it had been warped"? There must not be any type of guarantee on his work. So each time he has to come back to fix work he did he will charge you for it.

Timely responses and professional work. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Rick is quite the professional. His work is absolutely outstanding and he went the extra mile to make sure that we were pleased with his work and the job at hand. We have at least 3 other ongoing home remodeling projects that we plan to have Rick handle for us.

Very easy to work with! We were not sure where the leak was coming from but he found the problem easily & fixed the issue. We are going to hire him to fix the water damaged sheetrock. Very pleased with his rates too, incredibly reasonable!

Did a great job on the exterior steps at a very reasonable price. I hired him to build a 18 X30 10 ft high Pole Car Port. It was a difficult job dealing with a 20 degree slope drive way. Very reasonable in price. He completed in a timely manner . Easy to work with, Completed job beyond my expections
