I can't say enough good things about Rick-N-Ball Restoration. They did a master bathroom remodel for me and I am thrilled! They are professional, friendly, dependable, hard working, ethical, trustworthy and perform superior work. My phone calls/texts were answered quickly. Questions/concerns I had were answered and taken care of. I was included on all decisions and I felt like part of the team. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

They actually come when scheduled or letâ  s you know if there is a variation. Project manager stayed on top of things throughout the job. Subcontractors are knowledgeable and work efficiently.

Good Experience from the start. I had a very tight schedule due to work constraints. Very detailed estimate provided. Arrived when they said and finished work in scheduled time. AlIl their people came prepared and ready to work. Workers were very skilled and did excellent work. They worked 12 hours a day most days. I do this type of work on military bases and I was very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and schedule adherence. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Very accommodating.

Water damage to hardwood floors. Very knowledgeable, respectful, professional and caring. Stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Given that I was sick and also had to have surgery in the middle of the process they were extremely helpful towards me. They did the job well and corrected whatever I asked them to correct. I was especially impressed by Mike Hought…my project manager who went out of his way to coordinate and communicate with and for me during the process.

I had water and mold damage from a leak in my refrigerator. Rick n Ball helped ease my mind of the entire mitigation process. They did an excellent job tearing out the damage and getting rid of the mold the water had caused. They were respectful and knowledgeable through the process. I would highly recommend them to others.
