Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
They are a bit all over the place with communication. What really frustrated me was what happened following the completion of the project. I have torn up drywall that they did not offer to fix, a mess under my water heater we had to clean-up, and the guy accidentally restored power to an old well water system. It was pouring water into our crawl space in 16 degree weather. I thought our pipes burst.

The first issue was the television was hung crooked and the technician had to be called back to fix it. After install I contacted them because there was an issue with the equipment they installed. They promised they would provide a new HDMI box but never showed up after 2 days. I finally fixed the issue myself without their help. Poor follow through with customer service and I would not recommend. I should not have to keep contacting a company to get an issue resolved. Once an issue is found the problem should be fixed immediately.

I talked with the contractor late on a Friday afternoon. I told him what I needed done which was replace an receptacle with a GFCI receptable in my kitchen. He said they would be at my house the next morning (Saturday) between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. The electrician arrived at 8:00 am, performed the work and was gone before 8:30 am. The work was professionally done and I am very pleased with the work and fast service. Based on the cost of gasoline, electricians wage rate and it being a Saturday, I feel the price was reasonable. Will definitely use this contractor again and also recommend him.

I can't say enough about Rickel Electric. My wife and I have very busy schedules and had to constantly email Jason times to fit and changes to what we wanted done. Jason was very patient and worked with us. Brian did a great job on the install and provided helpful/logical information and awesome customer service. I would highly recommend Rickel Electric!
