His customer service is awful, his response time is awful and the quality of work is not good. ..Update on 3/20/2020: Hired Ricky and his crew (2 guys) to install a new metal roof on our home. Roof leaked within a few days of being completed. Called Ricky, and he says he will be here by the next day, and he never comes. Finally, a week goes by, he comes to the house, looks over the leaks, and says he will have to come back to replace roof because he had some people on his crew that he did not know, and they messed up a lot of things. Ricky never came back, even after several attempts to contact him. His crew is his son and his uncle. Contacted Better Business Bureau, and he made contact once in a 3-month period. Then contacted Arkansas Attorney Generals office, Ricky never replied to them. Now going through the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board and followed with a Small Claims Court proceedings. I do not recommend Ricky or his business. He has caused us an additional $5,000 in damages because he did not come and fix the leaks all throughout our roof, when the roof was improperly installed by him and his crew.

They showed up when they said they would and they did an excellent job. We got quotes from another job and Rick charged up to half less

They even showed up when it was lightly raining . They show up on time, they also fixed my bathroom for me that another contractor who had done us wrong .the price was great . It turned out great .

Mr. Petty responded quickly and finished quickly. I had been having trouble getting anyone interested to even doing the job and Mr. Petty took on the job and knocked it out in no time.

I choose a metal rood.He was very nice-the work was done in a day and half, and looks great.They reattached some gutters that were loose and cleaned them all out. I was negligent in asking for a guarantee, and making it clear, I could not pay the balance, until I received the insurance check, which has taken longer than I had hoped for.. Overall-I was very satisfied with the work and the price. I will recommend him.
