They are nice, they show up and get the job done quickly. Had some issues and touch up spots that needed to be addressed but they came back and addressed them. Overall easy to work with.

They did a great job on painting the house. Too bad they painted over 2 1\2 solar panels. It cost me $425.00 to clean the overspray. I would have appreciated Ricks chipping in a little of the cost to repair the damage.

Rick gave us a fair price. Undrrstanding that we were an elderly couple, he moved many things we could not easily do ourselves. He was prompt and completed the job quickly. He did patching repairs to the walls to be painted. His crew was polite and thorough. He did an excellent job.

Rick and his team are some of the best in the business. I had them paint the ENTIRE interior of my 4 bedroom/3 bath home and they nailed it. My place was already my dream home, but now it is so bright, modern, and beautiful. Everyday they showed up on time, friendly, and were extremely diligent. In addition, they took extra care (applied three layers of paint) just to make sure the project turned out top-notch. Rick originally advised that the project would be completed in three-days and he probably could have wrapped within that time frame. Instead, he and his team stayed an extra two days to, again, apply extra layers of paint and touch up the base boards and a few areas on the ceiling. I also like how quickly they squeezed in my project to an already busy schedule. I reached out to Rick the first part of September and he was working two-weeks later. Anyone needing to have the interior or exterior of their home painted should call Rick's Custom Painting!

I found Rick and his crew to be professional and personable, and they did a good job of painting. However, there was a little miscommunication which resulted in a delay in finishing the project and more cost than was originally quoted. Being new to having my home painted, I made certain assumptions about what would be included in the quoted cost, which turned out to be incorrect. So, lesson learned, I will from now on ask a contractor to explain EXACTLY what items are and aren't included ("wrapping", e.g. painting the side edges of the trim around windows & doors, painting roof jacks, etc.) and explain clearly what I want to have done to make sure it's included in the quote. The good thing is that once we realized there was a misunderstanding, Rick handled the situation professionally completed the work according to my wishes. Since the job took longer than expected, they were anxious to leave when done, and didn't replace my bedroom window screen, and didn't put the double hose fitting back on the backyard faucet. The house does look great now, and I would recommend Rick's Custom Painting to others.
