Rick called to say he was running late, which I appreciated. He took care of the problem and advised me not to put any more money into the applicance, since it was an older model. Again, I appreciated this aspect of Rick.

Very professional and knowledgeable, he even diagnosed the problem with my washing machine over the phone! After calling, he stopped by the next day (a Sunday!), temporarily fixed the problem so I could use the machine until he got back two days later with a replacement part. Great service, highly recommended!

Rick called back as soon as he got the lead for m y job. He came out the very next day to have a look at my washer, to decide if it was worth fixing. He looked it over thoroughly and came to the conclusion that it just may be time to move on to a newer one. He gave me the parts list and prices to get it fixed and in the end, it indeed was time for a new one.He was knowledgeable in his field and could answer any questions I had.I would certainly call him again in the future and would recommend others to call him.You would be a customer to him and not just a work order to fill up the schedule (like the big name companies).Thanks Rick!

Rick did a great job fixing my oven. He called soon after I put in my request through ServiceMagic and we arranged for him to come the following morning. I was very pleased with the service I got and the quick service.
