Locally owned and operated company with over 30 years of residential industry experience. I value honesty, fairness, and integrity in all aspects of our business. I offer a variety of home improvement services only that are customization to each individual project. No RV, car or boat services are available. I specialize in handyman, maintenance repair and carpentry work and a variety of related service in renovation projects.I pride myself on the quality of work performed as well as on commitment to outstanding results. I look forward to helping you fix your problems, or finishing a remodel/renovation project! My intention is to work with your budgeting and offer negotiable work contracts.

They wanted to get paid early, which I regretfully did... He did not come back to finish the job, claiming he had problems with his truck and was not willing to get another truck to finish the job. He did not inform me of his truck problems until the check cleared his bank. He kept putting me off for days.

Rick is smart and dependable. Need I say more? He diagnosed the problem with my wine cooler. I ordered the part from the the company and he found me a technician to install the part. Rick saved me the expense of buying a new wine cooler! I would definitely use him again.

Rick's weekend rate was half the price of some Santa Fe plumbers' weekday rates, and he did a great job. I particularly liked that how carefully he kept track of a multi-step disassembly procedure on our washer, so that reassembling it went just as smoothly. Turned out the bellows/rubber gasket was not damaged, so he was able to rehook the spring that had been jarred loose by an overload, and refit the bellows, and we can return the part we bought. Definitely will use him for other appliance and general handyman needs!

Rick is very friendly. Punctual. Helpful. Helped me determine that the Whirlpool washer I own could not be fixed because parts could no longer be ordered for my 12 year old machine.. Planned obsolescence. His service fee was discounted because he could not fix my Whirlpool unit. Very reasonable and considerate professional . I recommend Rick without any reservations.
