Great guy and very accommodating. Showed up on SUNDAY to do the job since that worked best for my schedule. Honest and hard-working. I'd hire Miguel again!

I got a call from the three contractors within minutes I made the request. I selected Rick's based on the feedback from other users. Marcelo was prompt, knowledgeable and flexible. He completed the project in one weekend.

I would never expect someone (supposedly a professional) to show up in my house to install a wall mount and flat screen, and then ASK me to borrow my TOOLS. Never again!!!

Called at 5:30pm New Years Day and left a message. He called back within 5 min and told me that he would be right over�. New Years Day evening!!! They were very professional, cleaned up after they were all done (as one would expect), and charged an extremely fair rate for New Years Day! I would highly recommend. Outstanding!! Miguel called me almost immediately after I had submitted the request! He offered to come out the next morning to give us an estimate. He was prompt, courteous, and fixed our door. It works better than ever. We also hired him to fix our pergo flooring, and he did a beautiful job fixing that as well! Thank you!!!

Within 20 minutes of me submitting my project Miguel contacted me and was at my house within 30 minutes to give me an estimate and I hired him and he started working the same day. I had two thermopane windows knocked out and they needed to be boarded up and repairs made immediately. Miguel was responsive and very curtious and efficient. I would hiring him again and will use his services in the future.

I am an out of town landlord and so have not actually seen the work, but the tenant tells me that the company did a very good job. I did need the work done within a certain time frame and they met the deadline as if it was there own. They were easy to contact and returned any call or e-mail sent. Also very courteous.

Miguel Antezana was dependable....hard working...pleasant...and takes pride in his work. I had lots of little projects and a couple of major things. He works alone and finished all of my projects in two days which included going out to purchase all of the supplies. I was very happy with the work he did for me and have since recommended him to all of my friends. I plan to ask for his expertise again when I'm ready to tackle other projects.

Miguel was competent, very pleasant, and extremely accomodating. He did the work in record time, but it was all done well. He suggested some cost-cutting ideas that were very welcome. He and his co-worker, were fast, but careful. His prices seemed very fair to me. I would highly recommend him to others and will definitely ask him to do other work for us in the future.

AMAZING! My furniture was repaired within 24 hours and beyond my expectations. I needed to have 2 chairs repaired that were 35 yr old. The chairs were repaired to a state the mirrors new chairs! Miquel is an unbelievable artisan. Would recommend him a million times over!

Rick Improvement did a great job in removing unused and unwanted materials from crawl space under my house. He arrived at the stated time. The second job required the replacement to five or six exterior steps leading up to the porch landing. Even though the steps are secured, second graded wood was used, in my opinion, because cracks appear in the wood. He claimed that the wood was okay, but I do not think so.

Miguel was very prompt and thorough. I owuld definitely recommend him.

Miguel is absolutely fantastic! There is no job he can't handle. And he is fast and reasonable. Miguel is so good that I want him all to myself!! I plan to use him for ALL my home improvements and repairs forever!

Miguel Antezana was an excellent recommendation. He was professional, easily reachable at all times, straightforward about the repairs, and completed the job as promised, on time and for the amount quoted. But he truly went the extra mile for us after completing the garage door repairs, by replacing a small piece of wood atop the garage door frame that had deteriorated and fixing the latch on our back gate, for free and without being requested to do so. I will definitely use Miguel and Servicemagic again for further home repairs as necessary.

I was skeptical about finding a handyman on the Internet. Now I am hesitant to give this review for fear Miguel will have so much business he will not be available. Miguel was outstanding. He solved a complicated construction problem others had been unable to fix. He is experienced, skilled and considerate. He works to the highest standards and clearly enjoys the problem-solving aspects of the work. I noticed his tools were meticulous and the latest and best for the job at hand. He is interested in solving client problems. I plan to use him again.

Mr. Antezana was an experienced professional who gave thorough knowledgeable analysis of our drywall situations. He offered suggestions and examples for how we could handle our needed repairs. Mr. Antezana gave far more than one would expect before he even earned a dime. He is the kind of contractor of which a property manager dreams. I did not use this company. But they did respond quickly. The other company was quicker.

It was great they came and did the work quickly and cleanly. They were friendly and explained what they were doing as they worked.

Miguel was a bit late and did not call to let me know. I understand that appointments run over, but a call would be nice. When he did arrive he was very courteous and professional, and he did a great job. He even made a follow up call a few days later. I would definitely use him again.
