Very friendly and nice but project didn't turn out all that great

Bathroom - Remodel
Workers often did not show up at the time promised, and when they did, they seemed to spend much more time on their cell phones than they did working. My floors and furniture were not protected as promised after the first day. Athough most of the workers were very pleasant and all were extremely trustworthy, I was rather disappointed with the final results. Two weeks after the date I was told they would be finished, there seemed to be a push to FINALLY wrap things up ASAP. As they say, ' the devil is in the details,' and 'haste makes waste.' I was left with sloppy results, unfinished details, and a mess to clean up. Poor workmanship!!
