Founded in 1992, Rick's Plumbing Service, Inc., has grown into a team of certified plumbers and skilled apprentices who work together to provide the best plumbing services to the Milford area. At Rick's Plumbing Service, Inc., the satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority, and that's why we listen and share our ideas to ensure that each customer receives the best possible plumbing service, heating service, and plumbing products while staying within their budget. We offer residential and commercial services, but we take it a step further by providing hydronic heating services as well. Our plumbers double as heating techs, so pick our brains because we consider ourselves experts on the subject! For all of our service and repair work, we charge for the trip but will deduct that from your bill if you use our services.

I called because my hot water tank blew. My plumbing service that I normally use was making me wait for the tank to come in once I signed the contract. I was without hot water for a day already! I called Ricks plumbing and their motto is if you need it quick, call Rick. Quick is not the word!! I spoke with Jay, he was so helpful and was at the house within an hour. They installed the same tank for less than my plumber was charging and came immediately!! Jay was awesome, professional, friendly and left the house immaculate!! I would recommend them highly and will be using Ricks plumbing from this point on!

Scott, the plumber, arrived on time and completed the repairs without issue. However there was confusion over the charges so knocking off 2 stars.
