Founded in 1992, Rick's Plumbing Service, Inc., has grown into a team of certified plumbers and skilled apprentices who work together to provide the best plumbing services to the Milford area. At Rick's Plumbing Service, Inc., the satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority, and that's why we listen and share our ideas to ensure that each customer receives the best possible plumbing service, heating service, and plumbing products while staying within their budget. We offer residential and commercial services, but we take it a step further by providing hydronic heating services as well. Our plumbers double as heating techs, so pick our brains because we consider ourselves experts on the subject! For all of our service and repair work, we charge for the trip but will deduct that from your bill if you use our services.

Amazing customer service. First call answered by an actual person that was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Estimate was texted to me within 20 mins and work ordered and Evan & Billy were here within 3 hours and excellent, professional and neat work completed within 2 hours! It?s so nice to have such a trusted company local.

Jonathan B did an outstanding job of analyzing a difficult-to-find leak in our plumbing system based on his observations and experience. He was completely transparent, including estimatedcosts, in explaining possible solutions which could include removing a part of our bathroom ceiling or wall. It is a two person job so he arranged to come out again in a few days with a helper but did replace a toilet flange while he was here. Besides his competence, Johnathan is also very pleasant to work with.

First time customer. I called to have a tapping noise in the wall diagnosed while the water was on. Zach and Louie were great. Listened patiently to all my concerns and did a thorough evaluation to diagnose thermal pipe expansion. Such a relief. The entire staff from my first phone call to the home visit were courteous and helpful. Will definitely call them for any plumbing issues. Thank you again !!!!!!!

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
I called Rick's Plumbing on Thursday and they were able to schedule an emergency call for the next day, as there was standing water in the bathtub that was leaking down into the ceiling on the first floor. We were concerned that they may not be able to come out, due to Covid19 restrictions, but they took all the necessary precautions and scheduled us. They were there at the appointment time and were courteous, experienced and quickly diagnosed the problem which was resolved. Thank you to Scott for terrific service. A special thank you to Dara for great customer service. She was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (much appreciated) and provided great follow up as well. Terrific staff at Rick's Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I called because my hot water tank blew. My plumbing service that I normally use was making me wait for the tank to come in once I signed the contract. I was without hot water for a day already! I called Ricks plumbing and their motto is if you need it quick, call Rick. Quick is not the word!! I spoke with Jay, he was so helpful and was at the house within an hour. They installed the same tank for less than my plumber was charging and came immediately!! Jay was awesome, professional, friendly and left the house immaculate!! I would recommend them highly and will be using Ricks plumbing from this point on!
