I canâ t recommend Rick enough. He is friendly and does a great cleaning job taking his time to get it done right the first time. I have pets and sometimes they have â accidentsâ . He gets the smell out and the stain.

I called Rick from out-of-state and made arrangements for him to clean the carpet and my brothers house in El Dorado, KS. He was very good about staying in touch with me and letting me know what was going on. He cleaned the carpets in advance of my arrival so that my sister and i could make the most of our time to clean the rest of the house for my sister-in-law who is fighting cancer. I was extremely pleased with Ricks work and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Rick was a bit late, but called to let me know. He was professional and personable and got right to work.

Rick was on time and was very professional in letting me know what all he would be doing. He also let me know what else could be done as far as keeping my carpets looking nice but, wasn t pushy about it. My carpet was pretty dirty with animal stains and lots of dirt and soap from me trying to clean it my way. He was very pleasant to visit with. Thank you Rick they look so nice and the price was easy on the wallet. I would recommend this company 100%

I highly recommend Rick's Professional Carpet Cleaning. We are putting our house on the market. The carpet is 14 years old. The carpet almost looks like new. We are very pleased with the results. Rick called as soon as he received message from Home Advisor. He was on time for both the consult and the cleaning. He is courteous with a pleasant personality. And his pricing is very reasonable. We will use him again in the future.
