Rick's Pump & Water Service, LLC

Two years ago we hired Rick's to fix a water tank leak and check pressure. We were so impressed with the service and cost, we called again when our well pump was acting hinky. The fellows who came (2 visits in all) Chris, Pete & Ryan were all friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Explained EVERYTHING. Brett is top notch as well. Very pleased all around. Happy customer.

Our high-water alarm had gone off and our pump was making strange sounds. Pete arrived and promptly determined the problem was electrical not mechanical and he quickly fixed the problem. The cost was very reasonable and I appreciate how I was not told I needed new pumps. Pleasure dealing with honest people! I will be using Rick's for all future pump needs

The specific project selection did not the proper choice for my repair. However, I have no doubt they can handle any project you could throw at them. I, normally would never have to hire a plumber as I am more than capable of doing it all (except for this time.) As soon as I started to explain my situation to Brett (sorry I was calling you Brad on the phone) He right away put my mind at ease by understanding my explanation of my problem, I offered to send a little video clip he said no he didn't need it and he would be out in about an hour and if he couldn't make it he would send a guy named Peter out. I asked that he send the smallest guy he had as it was a tight situation he said "Peter is a little bit smaller than him. My situation was a well cap seal that had sprung a major leak that was in a 3' concrete round enclosure about 5' deep. (I knew I couldn't fit in there) about an hour later Peter arrived and had it fixed in about 20 minutes he probably could've done it quicker if I had not enjoyed talking with him. Much thanks Peter. If I should ever have a plumbing issue I can't handle. I know who I'm calling. You can't go wrong with Rick's Water Service just call 203.775.9869. Reliable and best bang for your buck.

A.J. and Pete were more than helpful/ explained a lot about our well and pump that we didn't know. Problem was a small one but they came on Christmas Eve day, and before they left, they said "Even though tomorrow is Christmas, if you have any further problems tomorrow, we'll come out to help. Didn't need them again but that was very nice to know.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I have had well sediment repair in 2018 and called them to fix a pressure tank leak this week. Fast response, friendly & customer service outstanding. Communication with me was awesome. Job done in 1/2 an hour! Really, theyâ re good.

responded quickly and found the problem quickly and fixed it. i feared the worst that it was the submersible pump but it was only was only a capacitor.

Brett, the owner of the business, was very responsive to calls, questions, and concerns. His crew was able to come out to do the well hook-up the following business day after the well was drilled. They made sure it was done well and the cost was exactly what we were quoted. I definitely recommend using Rick s Pump and Water Service.
