He was very nice. Patient with me and FINALLY someone who loves dogs and quickly became great friends with my 2 large dogs. He did not try to upsale me and told me options of work needed that included we can do (this way) for less cost if you would be ok with _____ instead of ______ look. He also quickly repaired my drawer and did not act judgmental about it being something I should be able to myself (usually I am SO embarrassed to admit I have never had to repair anything until recent life change).
