Rick's called at the right time and said they could pick it up same day - which is great because I wanted it gone. Was a little more expensive than I anticipated but it was very heavy ~200sqft of carpet and foam and large pieces of wood. The gentlemen that came to pick it up were very respectful. When I paid I had to ask for a receipt. Convenient and fast

These guys were so nice to work with after that horrible memorial day flood in Houston. They kept me informed the whole time and in two days the water was gone from the second story, carpet was dry and they are scheduling carpet repair. Within a week this should all be completed.
