Rico quoted rates for a couple of options re two trees that needed simple trimming or removal. I chose the latter after being given a a fair price. His crew showed up on time and began work on a difficult job as both trees were over 50ft tall or more and near both my home and a shed. In addition one tree was difficult to reach as there was no clear way to reach it but they figured it out and the results were perfect. They were thorough in the cleanup and made sure I was pleased.

Rico responded immediately about my tree removal. He came over the same day to quote the project and we scheduled the removal for the Monday Morning. Due to weather and a previous project running longer than expected, his crew wasn't able to get to the job until the following afternoon. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove the huge dead tree. Their cleanup was excellent and aside from a few track marks in the yard from the bobcat and removing the massive sections of tree, everything was intact. They moved flower pots & low hanging yard lights out of the way, so nothing was disturbed.. The put the tree near the road and it was picked up the following day. A piece of branch fell and broke one of the pickets on my fence and Rico came out within an hour of his crew leaving to replace it. I would definitely recommend Rico & his crew for tree removal projects! The only mild complaint is that I reached out to find out that he was coming a day late, instead of him contacting me.

They came out and quoted the project and did the work the same day. Fair price and got the job done.

Rico was very pleasant on the 1st initial meeting, I explained I wanted the mulch I already had installed plus a fall cleanup for my front yard. He immediately states I should consider widening my driveway and eliminate the mulch because it is not substantial for the traffic I get. I told him I would consider it but right up a proposal for the work I want plus the cost for his suggestions, and he came back with a high end quote and a low end quote,,,, because my customer is the one actually gifting me this I reach out to her and explain what he said and show her the sample of work he sent along with quote,, SHE IS AMAZING, be a she wanted me to have something I was proud of and be a true blessing to me,,, so the 2 quotes were 1500 or 2000 my client said go for the 2000 and he agreed and they spoke and he was paid and he was to begin work on that Coming Monday,, he shows Monday!! But now he says the cost is not going to cover the materials and labor and I am like you are supposed take all of that into account when you submit the proposal, but he get an attitude and says he can walk away at this point easily after he is gotten her money,,, then he says he needs an additional 1000 making the total now 3000,,, I was livid but my client says to go ahead and let him do it because things are higher now,, but to me it was seeming more swindling than anything,, SO SHE Approves the 3000 and I am reluctant going forward but Iâ m not used to spending this kind of money and I figure she is and I do t want to make this any worse than it is,,, so finally the work is done, itâ s cute but I was not sure about the ability to hold during rains, so this is why I waited til we had a real rain to see how his work would hold up and just as I thought it did not and when I went to reach out to him and update him with pics, I came to find he had me blocked, So here I am sharing my experience.

seems reliable, reasonably priced, & good work! requested an estimate and he came immediately. came to do the job when he said he would to include trimming shrubbery around house, clean off undergrowth, trim overhang, & cutting small trees in areas adjacent to yard. looked really good when finished. will definitely hire again. ~J.

The professionalism they displayed was excellent. they worked quietly and they left everything cleaner than it was before. I have recommended them to my neighbors and family. I'm sorry I don't have more trees to cut down.
