Beautiful work done reupholstering retro kitchen chairs. The communication was not great. I asked for options for two-four more chairs--colors etc,,,and never heard back. But the 2 completed chairs are stellar!

The finished product is fantastic and I love the cushions/refinished chairs! Their guidance to select fabric was great....and he also helped me understand whats involved in doing the project. That said, the time-frame was much longer than I expected although no different from what other upholstery firms were telling me. I plan to hire them again.

Rico's did a fantastic job on repairing and reupholstering my 5 dining room chairs. However, they are VERY expensive, which would be my only hesitation to use them again.

They did good work on re-caning the backs of my kitchen chairs, but I had to call them about 5 times to actually get the work done. Luckily I didn't give them the chairs until the materials were on site since it was about 3 months between signing the order and getting them done. Once we got it scheduled, it only took about 4 days.

They responded promptly to my request, came out and looked over what needed to be done and gave me a firm price, picked up the furniture the next day, as promised, and delivered it completely repaired when promised at the price quoted. Very satisifed!

Very professional and easy to work with. Very competitive prices and they fixed my chair in my home. They also had to travel a long way to get here, but it was no problem.

I was quoted a week for the labor of upholstering 4 kitchen chairs, however there was some sort of issue with the business moving after they collected my chairs and bought the material. They had my chairs for 3 weeks. I was given multiple finish dates for my job. However I think the quality of the work was good and I would use them again.

Very professional and good workmanship

They picked up my Table in early May, saying it would be done in a month. As of late August, no table. Called three times, they told me they would call back. Still no call. Cannot recommend.

Service and workmanship were excellent. My only problem, the person who picked up my chair said it would be 2 to 3 weeks, not the 6 weeks it took.

It was very expensive, but the chair came out just the way I wanted. Will go back when I find the right ottoman and get that done to match!

Dining room chair upholstery came out great. Price was more than estimated but came out great.

Rico told me that my chair would be ready in a week. I called a couple of times and because of the last call they got it ready. It took a month.

Rico's responded quickly and took care of my job the same day. I would hire them again.

Had good times for me to work around a schedule. He was able to find the problem amd fix it within 20 minutes.

Personable and extremely knowledgeable about fabrics and how to care for them. Presented several options/colors etc. Offered a flexible payment plan.
