The F'N WORST that there is! We had literally just moved into our house (.86 acres) They were doing their solicitating And though I'm against any of these pest control companies after some pondering I gave them a shot to take some of the load off of my wife with some of the yardwork though she loves it and can't stay out of it I'm a Disabled Vet so no help at all.The bottom line is that you rarely see them, but they continue to charge you monthly though their supposed to come 1/4ly And when their not there they want a review 4 the common ghost showings I don't even think the ghosts show up.The spiders keep coming Keep ur contract handy because they will revise the length of it And though their not showing up u will still be billed monthly Cancel and it's an early term fee So whatever u do DO NOT-AND I MEAN- DO NOT leave any kind of card on their site No auto pay Unfortunately strictly a bank acct so that when u have to stop payments to dispute them And you will Lying CS! THE WORST!

Think Time Share Companies. Once you sign a contract with them you are theirs for life!! We used Ridd for a year but found a cheaper company. We called and tired to cancel three times. No serviceman has been out to our house. No work has been done. On the 16th of April $48.00 was pulled out our credit card. I called. The arrogant young man told me I had to pay or they would send me to collections. No signed contract. No service dates available because they haven't done anything!!! So I told him go for it. I have a security company that if they can tell me what days they came out I'll be glad to pay. Show me that signed contract for this year. Check out the reviews on Yelp. Not one reviews but many!!! Hard ball tactics used on people to scare them into paying $300.00 to make them leave you alone. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Had this Compant for 4 months. Said they could remove ground moles and the situation got worse. The chemical they was putting down I was buying over the counter myself. When I was buying it I paid $84.00 a 5 gallon bucket and they said a cup full would be sufficient. And they was charging us $95.00 a month Stay away. Cost $249.99 to cancel

Public beware ! this company is a rip off. Signed up in September everything was fine till April. Guy came out signed me up for mole service went stuck a couple of holes in the ground with a screwdriver and put some pellets in them, said he would be back several times to check the progress and I haven't seen him since, not even for my regular pest control. So I called today to cancel my service and the customer service person said he reported that he was here on April 9th. He must be a ghost because I never seen show up on my cameras that record anytime someone is in my yard. The CSR then tells me to prove he wasn't there? How am going to prove he wasn't there if he never showed up on the camera system. I have never dealt with a company that has told me to prove it ! We argued a few minutes and he wouldn't listen to logic that if he never showed up on the camera that he wasn't there. So I told him just cancel my service and he proceeded to tell me the paper I signed was a 15 mont
