The market place is flooded with professionals in their respective fields, finding the right company to take care of you is the key. Ridge Electric was very responsive right from me sending an inquiry to them following up immediately to come to the house (with mask on) and assess the specs for the job. James had come over to take a look and give me an understanding of the specifics of the job. I instantly liked his professionalism and his approach. He told me what was required to upgrade the electrical panel and gave me a fair and honest quote, which he honored when the complicated job was completed. James and his team along with his secretary were very responsive by phone, text and email, which made me feel completely at ease. James was scheduled to come to my house on July 6th. He was there promptly and was coming from another job. James worked very efficiently on replacing a 45 year old panel with a bigger panel with new circuits and wiring etc. He worked nonstop with out any breaks and finished the job in a very timely manner. I also noted that he cleaned up everything and left the items in the manner in which he found them, which I was very impressed by. Late evening on Monday we had a circuit problem. I texted James and his team and they responded to me early morning the next day and assured me that James would be over to address the issue. James was in contact with me through out and arrived at the time indicated and efficiently took care of the additional wiring from the AC attic unit to the panel in the basement. He bought an assistant with him that was equally polite and professional. I am very very happy that I chose Ridge Electric to come to my home and work with me and my family. Ridge Electric is now part of my family and will be involving them and consulting with them for future projects. Thanks again James and his team. Fareed Ahmed.

I was doing a kitchen remodel on the 2nd floor of an older 1920 Colonial House.. I was worried about the electrical being out of code, so I contacted James.. James came by immediately, reviewed the job and recommended adding 3 additional circuit to bring kitchen up to code and in addition the existing wiring needed to be redone.. James was a pleasure to work with and I m very happy with the work/price he provided.. I will use again and recommend to friends/family.
