I have been using RLM to care for my landscaping. Overall it has been a absolute nightmare. We pay $200/month for their service where they are supposed to show up twice a month. That hasnt been happening. They regularly dont show up. When they do, their quality of work is sub-par at best. I have low maintenance landscaping (no lawns). Just plants and bark. Currently both yards are running rampant with weeds and there is no expertise demonstrated as it relates to trimming. We have been having an issue with our drip system and they have yet to meet their commitment to even attempt to fix it. I would highly encourage you to look for other options as it relates to landscaping if you have any expectation of dependable and quality work.

It s a little bit too early for me to really give a accurate rating because work has not started yet and will not until June 6. Tom is a very congenial fellow and seems to have his business in line. He will start on June 6 and I ll be better able to advise you after the service begins. For accurate ratings you really need to wait until the service is progressing. Ask me again in a month or two.
