Overall I felt things went very well, the communication was good, any issues or concerns were fully addressed. The roof looks great and everything stayed very clean. They even reattached some of our fascia that was falling down as a courtesy. They did forget to caulk the electrical mast which leaked a small amount of water, they were out that evening to fix it. I am happy with someone who owns and fixes their mistakes. My only critique is they subbed out their gutter installers, which was fine and they did a good job, but the gutter guys just showed up at our house one evening, I had no idea they were coming. I think Ridgetop could hold their sub-contractors to the same level of communication standards they hold themselves to.

Relatively new in the Wisconsin Rapids area but they have been around for many years in Madison. I just contracted Ridge Top Exteriors for new siding installation on my home and could not be more pleased with the entire process. Project Manager Luke always addressed any questions/issues I had promptly and professionally, as well as Job Site Manager Nate. Great communication! No complaints. The job was completed quickly and expertly. I am very happy! Top notch company! I highly recommend Ridge Top for any of your homes exterior needs.

Communication was exceptional. Job was performed very quickly and it was evident that this was a well-oiled-machine crew. Extremely careful cleanup at job closing. My back neighbor called me the day after the work because he was amazed by how swiftly everything was being done and wanted to know who I had hired. The project managers leveraged their experience to build a trustworthy working relationship between contractors and home owner. We used Ridgetop for two jobs at our home: installation of a block window in the Master Bath, and replacement of 3 exterior doors. After some initial delays and rescheduling issues, the glass block window job was assigned to Bob and his crew. They did a great job, and Bob ensured that everything was done to our satisfaction before completing the job, even going so far as to personally redo some of the finishing work on the exterior to match our other windows. For the doors, David worked with us to choose doors with the looks and features that we wanted. They are from Provia (a brand we were not familiar with, but which are apparently well-known in the industry as being of high quality). The door replacement was supervised by Nate. He and his crew were able to install everything in one day. The installed doors look fabulous. My wife and I are very pleased with the results of both jobs.

I booked the roof repair job, and they were prompt to come out to first do a survey, provided a quote, and we were able to quickly schedule a time for repair. Repairs were done quickly, and there was great communication with the office.

After new downspouts and gutter leaf protectors were installed, we found a small leak during a rainâ ¦in our old gutters. Nick had John at our house the next day. Problem fixed better than new. we had a leak in the roof from work done by another company several years ago. Water leaks are really hard to find, but Ridge Top did, and fixed the leak. They didn't try to up-sell and talk us into more service than we needed. Recommend them. We were really grateful for them.
