They did a great job. My Garage door is rather large and in a barn. they had to make springs for it that worked. all is good.

Bill contacted me on Saturday morning following the night my door was broken by someone running into it. Bill gave me an estimate, we shook hands and he proceeded to gather his equipment and supplies and went straight to work. He was so kind and very informative throughout the whole ordeal and he was empathetic to my needs, concerns and knew that it was an unexpected expense for me. I have his information and will readily share it with family and friends if they should ever need garage door work/repair. Bill was professional. Thanks a whole bunch Bill!! You the BEST!!!!

I had major issues with my Garage door not opening. One of the Wayne Dalton springs broke which made the door very heavy, which ended up burning up the door opener. Bill came out that weekend and quickly diagnosed the problem, and did a fantastic job. If we ever need any future service, we will call Bill.

I came home from work with a garage door that would not open. I looked up some names on HomeAdvisor. He was somehow alerted, called me and was there in an hour. Wasted no time and replaced the springs in thirty minutes. Pleasant and professional. But he needs a marketing advisor - he did not leave me any business cards!

Responded back promptly, on time for appointment and does professional work. Did not think I would have done today. Bill was a model for me and his schedule which that impressed me. Told him when I wanted him he gave me what I asked for. He was straightforward on the price and work to be done.

I chose this company based off of reviews and I'm so glad I did. I couldn't make the appointment until the next day and he called and said he could get in right away. He worked around my schedule got it fixed in less that 1/2 hour and the rate was great!

5 stars is not enough for the service and value I received. I highly endorse the work of Ridge Way Contracting. I compared pricing to a number of different companies and knew right away after talking with Bill that his price would be competitive, and he had an honest, straight-up company. As an Architect I scrutinize the quality and value of a project more than most and try to support honest, hard working people at every phase of every project. Ridge Way is "THE" way to go.

Bill was professional and courteous. We called needing safety springs added to our garage door. He came within 2 hours of calling to fix the garage. He showed us exactly what he was going to do and had the job finished in less than an hour. We will be using Bill again!

Bill was great, very professional and personable. He contacted me on a holiday, the day I put in the request and when the issue could not be fixed over the phone, he came out to fix the issue the next day. Highly recommend!
