I can't say enough good things about Ridgecap GC and Evan Thieme specifically. Just had our roof replaced and Evan made the entire process unbelievably simple. He was the primary contact with my insurance company and completely handled the process of submitting the claim, addressing questions, and seeing the project through to completion. Truett Harris and the Ridgecap team are exceptional. Mr. Harris handled our shingles, garage doors, painting, window screens, gutters, and much more. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. He was always on hand to answer questions or to deal with any issues that came up. He is very detailed, and I believe him to be extremely trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend this company, and would use them again.

I have never dealt with a company that provided such excellent customer service and communication. Basically, a job was handed to me to finish for one of my out of state facilities. I took a shot and called Ridgecap. Luckiest thing ever! They helped me to get from start to finish even dealing with me when i was out of state. I would recommend them for any projects you have.

We have a roof leaking water problem around the chimney area. Hired them to try to get the issue fixed last October. Despite charging us 700 dollars to install flashing, they never fixed it after several tries. Then they suggest it is chimneys fault and recommended another contractor to seal the chimney. We paid the guy $1300 to seal the chimney, it still leaks after the chimney work is done. Then the guy re-installed flashing, and it still leaks. Do not hire them ever.

This company did an exceptional job. Truett Harris went above and beyond to work with our insurance company. His attention to detail and dedication to our needs was met beyond our expectations. He is an excellent communicator and very professional in the way he conducts business.

Honest and professional

Ridgecap went so far above and beyond just replacing our roof. Eric was very professional to work with and worked with my insurance company to get, not only my roof replaced due to heavy storm and hail damage, but he also was able to get my garage door replaced, my gutters replaced, the house repainted, my fence replaced and repainted and stained. The work was done in a very timely manner and they were a pleasure to work with. In the future, should I have any necessary home repairs, I will absolutely be calling Ridgecap! They are the best to work with.

Ridgecap made a very professional presentation about what they would do and how they would do it. They provided a packet of useful information. Eric Cox did a great job as project manager he communicated every step of the way and was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Our project had several parts to it besides the roof. The roof was done in one day the workmanship looks good and the clean up was very thorough. Work is proceeding on schedule with our fence, gutters, and window screens. Eric Cox is very professional and provides experienced high quality services for roofing projects. Nothing was performed under the table in an honest working relationship and insurance claim. The company uses the same software for claims and breakdown of coverage as the insurance companies us and thus things run smoothly and quickly. They were also patient as we worked with the HOA approval processes.
