House's original hot water heater started giving me problems. I called Ridgeco and spoke with Steve. I gave him my address and started to explain my problem. Before I could finish he said "you have the AO Smith yellow top model, blue pex on the hot and cold?" I think he also knew the builders put the expansion tank on the hot water side. He gave me a price on the spot. I received a text the day of the work saying Matt was on his way. He was on time, friendly, courteous and professional. Matt immediately identified a problem with the pitch, ball valves, system wasn't bonded and of course the expansion tank was on the hot water side. Matt explained everything in detail and did great work. He stayed until everything was working. Checked the system again before leaving. He cleaned up and made sure I didn't have any questions. Matt clearly enjoys his work and takes pride in it. I highly recommend Ridgeco and would use them again. Excellent overall experience.

Best contract that I have hired for the past 20 years. Advised what the problem was, told us who to call for the right location of leak in driveway. We had a water leak in our driveway and the Town said it was 60 feet away that was wrong. Steve has always been up front, would give him 5 stars always.
