He was nice, on time and mostly professional. I thought this guy seemed to know what he was doing, but being a first-time home buyer, I didn't really know what to look for. He missed a really awfully-botched seal job (for a raccoon entry) on the back of the chimney, through which a host of animals have now made their way into the attic. The lesson learned is that if he says he doesn't need to check the roof, then you need to get a different inspector.
