"I am sorry you feel this way Sonia, As you know we went above and beyond for your TV install. Not only were we $200.00 dollars less then the other electricians quote. We also made a second trip due to the fact you ordered the incorrect mounting bracket. For the mounting height. You measured and marked on the wall and confirmed your mounting height. The waynescotting was not install yet. If your marks were 5" to high that's not our fault, you had us and confirmed the location before installing. If we marked the wall with out talking to you we would be there in a second at no cost to fix it. But since the customer advised us on the location, we have to choice but to charge labor to relocated the TV. Your review is not truthfully and is a defamation of character."
