Report was an excellently presented eye-opener to otherwise unconsidered risks. Only annoyance: The Request List, a very helpful section of the complete report package, has a built-in defect which prevents anyone from printing it.

Although we are very scared and nervous, he helped to ease our minds and understand how long we have and what order to do these projects in. I’m very impressed by how thorough he was. I thought he took his time explaining things, followed up on specific things we had questions on. There were several things 'unique' the the property build in thh 70's he was able to find results about.

The inspector gave me a great price. Which was the main thing I was looking for. He did a great inspection and found everything I saw and more. He was flexible with my schedule and worked with my realitor so he could start while I was at work.

I wanted to get a home inspection so I would have a better idea of what repairs, upgrades, and improvements my mother's house would require beyond those I was already aware of. I now have a list of exactly that. And the cost was very reasonable. In fact, given the amount of work that had to be done, I'd say that the amount I paid was a real bargain. The appraiser I hired charged nearly twice as much (though about average for an appraisal) for what was only a five-minute visit (I do know that most of the work of an appraisal takes place in the office). In short, you will get your money's worthâ and then some.
