Evergreen Roofing

We are on the schedule to have our roof replaced by Evergreen in in the next few weeks. It was a challenge finding a roofing company during the deluge of recent hail storms but Evergreen was prompt in getting with us immediately. I called their office and Dakota Goosby showed up on time as promised to discuss our needs and our estimate. We had some unique challenges ranging from budget and payment timing arrangements as well as some challenging facia board damage. Dakota was professional, never pushy, answered all of our questions, and worked through a couple of different options to solve all of our needs. Dakota has always been there to answer our calls quickly, find answers to our questions thoroughly, and provided us a thorough and complete contract to get the ball rolling. He has continued to keep us up to date on scheduling the upcoming work. I expect the end product and completion will be as pleasing as the entire process has been up to now. Based on our experience thus far we would fully recommend Dakota and Evergreen to anyone needing roofing solutions. To us, it is definitely worth going with a local family owned company.

I contracted this company in December 2025 to replace the roof on my home. They guided me through the claim with my insurance company. They did an excellent job. And, they patiently answered all of my questions. A couple of days ago I called them to report my roof was leaking. They promptly investigated and determined the leak was not in the roof. The leak was from a loose slat in the chimney chase. Even though this was not their responsibility, they repaired the problem and didn’t charge me for it. I highly recommend their services!

Great company with great people

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Evergreen Roofing, particularly my dealings with Taylor Beach and Steven White. I feel completely misled by promises made before signing our contract that were never fulfilled. We felt rushed into signing, and Evergreen attempted to increase the cost before work even began. We were also asked for money upfront, nearly a month before any work started. The delays were especially frustrating because our roof continued leaking, causing additional damage inside our home. After the work was completed, nails were left scattered in our yard, driveway, and even the road. Despite paying our original contract in full, we were still asked for additional money. I expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, this entire experience has left me feeling misled, taken advantage of, and extremely disappointed. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Evergreen to get every promise and agreement in writing.
