Our HOA required a soffit repair before we could sell our home. The soffit was 20 years old and as a hands-on homeowner looked easy to repair; however, after 3 attempts and no success I got lucky and connected with Ridgeline. After many attempts of trying to reach a roofing contractor online and by phone, Courtney at Ridgeline was a complete pleasure to work with. Most companies would only talk to me if I wanted a whole roof replacement. After our initial conversation, we communicated in text, within days the repair was made, and I received an invoice and paid online. Everything worked exceptionally smooth. Three years ago we had our entire roof replaced by a competitor - Sunshine, and everything was a challenge, window broken, didn't deliver as promised and we made them return to re-do the work. Tip - if you can I highly recommend getting a drone to inspect the work yourself and don't forget to check your attic before paying. I highly recommend Ridgeline at least for the customer service. I can't review an entire roof but wish we had worked with them three years ago.

LOOK OUT FOR Ridgeline Roofing I got feel I was scammed by the OWNER JEFF of Ridge Line Roofing. I contracted with Ridgeline Roofing for re-shingle of roofs on home and garage and gutter replacement. Upon inspection of gutters, I noticed paint scratches across the front and rear of the gutter. The contractor owner Jeff Ham of the company looked at the damage and said it was likely caused by a rock in the forming machine caused the paint scratching problem. He said his crew would switch out the gutters and signed and signed an agreement to replace and dated ~ 10/10/2019. I paid the full amount for the roofing and gutters. The following week his crew never came. I called several times, sent emails, and text with no response to Jeff. It is now May of 2020 still no response. If you are dealing with this company Ridge-Line roofing and have a problem holding back money to get what you paid for.
