After a family member suddenly passed, we were left to manage all of the belongings left in the house. Darren was quick to respond and offer solutions. He got to work quickly and had the job done just as fast. It allowed us to focus on the other aspects of losing a loved one. Darren is the right guy for any job.

I recently worked with Ridgeview Property Services after purchasing a property where the previous owner left everything behind — personal belongings, appliances, refrigerator, trash, and even hazardous materials. The situation could have easily been overwhelming, but their team handled it professionally from start to finish. They set clear timelines, communicated expectations upfront, and completed the clean-out exactly as promised. They removed all personal effects, appliances, toxic materials, and debris efficiently and thoroughly. What impressed me most was their integrity — after the job was completed, they actually lowered the invoice because they felt they had over-quoted. That level of honesty is rare. I would absolutely use Ridgeview Property Services again for future estate purchases or any major property clean-out. Highly recommend.

Darren and his crew did a wonderful job. Our parents lived in the house for over 60 years and we live there 15 years. After 30 auctions there was so many items left we did not know where to turn. From the moment we contacted Darren we were very impressed. He took on a tremendous job, with a limited amount of time and for a reasonable price. I would recommend this company with 5 stars. Not only did the job get done in time but the house was left in great shape. If you are overwhelmed like we were do not wait call this company you will be glad you did. A two stories garage packed from top to bottom, two stories house, full basement and full attic. We have never seen the house empty, but after this company removed all the junk it a shock. What a amazing job they did.
