During a week of freezing weather, when another company couldn't come, they squeezed us in and arrived in icy freezing weather to gix our furnace. Warm never felt so good!

Heat Pump Repair or Service

Apparently they quoted a price to my husband on a Carrier heat pump and then installed a Payne heat pump. They also ran out of freon before filling the unit, but said nothing. Only after calling them and inquiring about the brand name difference and the fact the unit was running a LOT did they tell us that they had run out of freon and it wasn't filled. They did come back and filled the unit. My question is, would they have told us it wasn't full if we hadn't complained about it running so much? They have offered a letter giving us a 10-year parts and labor warranty on the Payne heat pump, but to date (08/08/09) we have not received that.

They went way above and beyond, they are exceptional. They will fine out the information that you are asking about. They will try to find the new technical. We have a good working relationship with them. They are just very helpful.
