Rigdon went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to have our gutters replaced. When Jack arrived to our house he quickly realized that the estimate we were given was in error. It was only for a portion of our house and all of the work that needed to be done was not included in the contract. Jack remained very professional, courteous and patient as he called the office to have more crew come to help with the job. They worked swiftly and did a quality work. When the job was complete they honored their initial estimate attributing it to their error and a learning opportunity in the company. I definitely recommend Rigdon for any service they provide.

I would recommend them to my own mother! The customer service is awesome, I work in customer service and you know when you see good customer service and theirs is always good. If they mess something up they'll come out and fix it!
