Dissatisfied with the workmanship.

GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON WEDNESDAY CAME AND REPLACED TWO DOORS IN A TIMELY FASHION ON THURSDAY, GREAT JUB1

This business was hired to replace drywall and add texture on ceiling. When adding the texture, they did not lay down blanket area of overhead work as painters would, many spots on floor. The seam were the new drywall meets the existing wall does not look good. Missed several small areas of applying texture. Last, large gaps where drywall meets walls, appears not to be cut straight, I will have to add corner trim to cover those gaps that were not there before.

Around the door frame was glued and when frame was removed the glue came apart from Sheetrock.

Project was to hang drywall sheet rock in a 16 x20 Storage Building / Workshop. Contacted Dewayne one afternoon. He and his crew arrived the next morning at the agreed time. We went together to but the materials and they delivered them to the shop. Crew installed drywall before the end of the day along with a portion of joint mudding. Completed first coat of joint mudding a day later. Courteous crew.

Very trustworthy business, job was completed with quality work and great timing, I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Repaired outer trim on my entire home and it looks brand new. Give them a call.

The job was to replace 2 exterior doors in an older house, older houses have built in problems which I do not think Riggs had ever experienced. They admitted they had left their nail gun at previous job and had to rely on a friend's truck to get doors,( one of which was the wrong door). Their finish work and caulking on the door frame was sloppy and uneven. I did like them and hope they will improve with time

On May first, I contacted Duane Riggs, who was referred by Home Advisor, to repair some drywall in a bathroom for me. He asked for pictures which I sent. He gave me an estimate and said he would like to get started that day and that he would like to be paid for the materials when he arrived and the balance when he finished. When he showed up, I told him there was a piece of drywall that another contractor had left after another project that he could use if it was suitable. He used the drywall I offered him and put in a patch, and started to repair some other areas. At one point he said he thought he could finish that day, which sounded odd because the drywall, *mud* needs to be layered on and needs time to dry before it can be sanded between layers. I told him I could not get all of the money until the next day, because I had reached the ATM daily limit. I told him that I would give him what I had, which was $300.00 and he could stop back the next morning and collect the balance. After he got the money, he decided he could not finish the same day and would have to come back the next day to finish. On May second, Duane was about four hours late when I called him to see when he planned to restart. He said a two-hour job had turned into a seven-hour job, and he was sorry that he would be there on the third. On the third, he was several hours late and when I contacted him, he was sorry again, but he was delayed again, that he, *was afraid that was going to happen.* That is the last I have heard from Duane. I called him and texted him several times on the third and fourth. I finally told him that he had used my materials, done about $50 dollars worth of work and that I expected him to return $250 before I left town to return home and that I would find someone else to finish the job when I returned. I told him I was leaving around 12:00 pm. I ended up staying until after 5:00 pm. He never contacted me, and he never showed up with the money. I have called and texted him several times since then, and he has not responded. I informed him that if he did not, I would be forced to lodge a complaint with Home Advisor.

Riggs Mobile construction was a easy company to deal with! Dwayne was kind and considerate! Bob, who did the work, was just awesome! I would definitely use them again!! UPDATE: The corner that was fixed has separated and needs to be re-caulked in the corner that he fixed. I have sent pictures and was told "I'm sorry" and "call Bob" and I can't get to Bob or Dewayne. I gave them a week to call me back and to arrange to fix this and they have not done so.

Bob did our work today and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job before he left. I was only looking to have a portion of my door frame repaired and repainted to match, but Bob also went ahead and made sure the rest of the frame and door also looked good. He explained the process before hand and made sure we understood what was going on. Overall the experience was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Did an excellent job w custom cornice boards for my formal living room & dining room. The are beautiful

Riggs Mobile Construction was the most un-dependable contractor I have ever hired. They showed up late... when they showed up. The Project Manager/owner was only at the job site once and never came back. I wouldn t hire them ever again for anything. They are the worst. Period. Do not hire them.

Quickly got with me to give me an estimate for putting in crown molding in a bedroom. The materials were a finished product and well made which made me happy that I didn t have to sand and paint it first. The team installed it quickly and cleaned up the area. Very satisfied over all, a great job.

Arrived on time, Discussed Pricing up front. Got to work immediately and worked stead until the project was completed. Advised med of other necessary repair's needed and approximate cost. Followed up by phone and we discussed additional project and time frame to get in done,

Everything we needed completed replacing exterior doors was well planned prior to start of contract. Contractor arrived on time with the doors we selected, removed existing doors, cleaned the area, installed the new doors, one required house frame modification due to age of construction. Did not accept payment until we verified the work done. Cleaned up the areas and removed all debris from the house.

We rated them only 0.5 because we had to give some type of numerical value. For months, we tried to get them back to finish our job and constantly got the excuse of truck broken down or had another job. The job they did was horrible and had to be redone. We had them put on a new gutter that is about to fall off. We had them re-screen our porch and half of the wood strips are either buckling or warping. They never came back to sand down the drywall and repaint in our den and son s room. This company is not worth the time or expense. I warn you.
