They never bothered to show up. Left me hanging all day. When I called, they said, yeah, we are not going to Palm Springs today.

Michael was amazing and is an asset to this Company. He was polite, covid19 prepared, knowledgable and confident. He assessed the problem; Underground water leak from main supply. Swiftly went about digging through 3 feet of large Tamarisk roots. Located the issue and repaired it. Left the area clean . I highly recommend this company, have put them on speed dial and recommended them to a friend.

The company is in the midst of a merger so I was getting multiple messages about when to expect the plumber to arrive. I think their prices are a little high too.

Both technicians were professional and did great work. Dispatchers and appointment setters could benefit from being a bit more pleasant and service oriented.

I had to get three different plumbers. The first adjusted the toilet so it couldn't flush. The second fixed that and connected the bidet. The third fixed the leak caused by mistreating of the bidet connector.

This plumber seemed to know his business, but was very expensive and, though personable, said he had to charge us for his trip both ways while spending some time chatting apparently on our dime.

Jared was very quick to arrive. Knew exactly what was needed to complete the job and did it in a timely manner. Fixed all problems that I had.

I called Right Time because there was a leak under my kitchen sink. Travis came said I needed a new faucet because that is where the leak is. I also have an in-sink hot and cold faucet. He said he checked it. I asked him if he opens the shut-off valve and he realized he did not turn it on all the way on. When I was ready to use the sink faucet there was no water only to find out he did not turn the valve on. The moment I turned it on it started leaking so I called Right Time again. Jared came and said he needs to change the valve and it was going to cost me $400 with a discount of either $148 or $168. If Travis correctly diagnoses the leak I would not have spent a total of $1436. I got the reassurance from him that there was no more leak before he left.

I contacted them for a job for which they charged me $120 upfront at the time of scheduling the appointment. The worker was a no show but claimed he was in the area. But that he could not find my place and sent me a text which I never received. They refunded me 50% of the cost $60 but charged me $60 to pay the worker for not showing up and doing the work I contracted for. They claimed that this was their policy which I was not informed about upfront only after they charged me. After many emails and filing a dispute with my bank so they can deal with it; about 2 weeks later they finally refunded the balance of $60 back to my card, I will not recommend nor will I ever use them again.
