I hire this company to installed central A/C unit back in December 2025 they had scheduled inspection 6 times and they have not passed inspection so still waiting called manager supervisor they don?t return the phone calls terrible customer service and support

Whatever you do do NOT hire this company I got my central air and heating installed by them and my house is still hot I?ve called multiple times to complain they sent ?technicians? to see why it?s not cooling one guy puts a thermometer in the vent and says everything is working and leaves another guys comes checks it and says same thing I call in again and spoke to a regional manager she says o I see u didn?t pass inspection because of the blower is not high enough I was also told by the installation manager I was gonna get a check in the mail because the damaged the unit as they up it up on the roof I never received a check till this day I don?t want the system I want it removed and no one wants to do anything to remove but yet they promise all these guarantees so stay away from this company

Hayder and Eric did everything right. They were very polite, and careful with the house. They put ample protective carpets in place before moving everything back and forth up and down the attic. They did a nice job and made a professional install. It was obvious they?ve done it many times before. They were efficient as well, sometimes they split up working in two locations and then they?d join up again to do two-man jobs. They have not wasted a minute.

After a routine maintence service call and an aging HVAC system, tech Carmelo scheduled a call for sales rep to contact me for a quote on new ststem. Sales rep Jonathan, met with me on a Saturday & I ordered new system. installation was performed on Monday. Installers Ray & Nick were very neat, polite, & answered all questions. I have carried my maintenance contract with RighTime since 2012 after assuming the contract from folks I bought my home from.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
There is still the final day of work to be done when the parts come in but all that has been done has thus far been excellent. Installers are courteous work well as a team. They explain what they are doing and answer all questions.
Jason was the initial contact and spent a lot of time going over every aspect of what was best for the space and how the work would progress. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am grateful for his patience and respectful demeanor.

Technicians came out to inspect the furnace as we noticed a strange sound that we thought was coming from the furnace. Furnace is operating properly. Technicians found the source of the strange sound.

Enrique Ochoa our technician was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He not only explained what he was doing but showed me the pictures of each area he serviced. With the pictures it helped me see the parts that required cleaning per Enrique. He quoted prices for the work and we will be calling Enrique to perform the work in the near future.
