"replaced fan motor for $300 less than another contractor. Couple weeks later system wouldnt shut off i came out same day and found bad thermostat replaced and got system up and running charged for service call and thermostat"

I called on Tuesday for an estimate. Brad was there Tuesday afternoon. He gave me a great quote, offered financing terms that were exceptional as well as other ways to pay if we wanted, and was well below what other big name places were giving me. However, it was for good equipment and the right equipment that my house needed. No up-sell or trying to get me to do anything extra. He ordered the equipment Tuesday afternoon after leaving, and called that evening saying it would be in the next day. Brad and his company were there Wednesday by 10 am and had the new airhandler, heat pump, and thermostat installed by 3 pm Wednesday afternoon. This is the most comfortable my house has felt heat wise since we moved in a year ago. I will go nowhere else for my HVAC needs ever again.
