Right Choice

I must say I was a little nervous about using Home Advisor to find a contractor. I had never used them before. Words cannot tell you how satisfied I am with Karl from Right Choice. He returned all my calls, kept me up to date, took pictures along the way (and sent them to me), did an excellent job, was very knowledgeable and explained in detail exactly what he was going to do. He was fast and thorough and cleaned up after he was done! What more could you ask for. He takes pride in his work and is fair. I highly recommend him to everyone. I definitely will be using him for any future home repairs or renovations.

Excellent Karl and his crew Rich and Haley are so professional, skilled, clean, detail oriented and helpful. Always looking to save you money not trying to sell you things you don't need if Karl feels they can be fixed he will do that first. We are having more work done both small and larger with Karl. We hired Karl to replace a single 30" window with a double 60" window. Karl did an excellent job reframing the opening, meeting all code requirements, and making it look like it was original, not a remodel. It's now 10 months later and the window continues to work perfectly, no leaks, and no binding. I recently hired Right Choice to replace a front entry door and a sliding door at my rental property. I was in a very tough situation and the property was not secure. I needed someone who could not only do the job for a fair price, but who could get it done quickly. I explained this to Karl and within 4 days the job was estimated, contracts were signed, and he completed the job with outstanding quality. This was all done the week before Thanksgiving, so I'm extra thankful for Karl being able to deliver and give me a little bit more peace of mind before the holiday. Karl was even happy to answer some of my other home improvement questions while he was working. This experience was an extremely pleasant one and if I ever need work done like this again I'm just going to give him a call because he is reliable and has plenty of experience. Also, his estimate was totally commensurate with the work he did and I did not feel taken advantage of whatsoever. In fact, I'm a little upset I even wasted time getting an estimate from a larger, commercial company. If you have windows or doors that need to get fixed, or have a home improvement project, you should definitely have Karl come take a look. Thanks again Karl.
