Mitchell has 35 years of experience in property development, property management, general contracting and construction management in the Greater Denver area and throughout Colorado. He is a licensed contractor for tenant finishes commercial buildings and shopping centers, condominiums, and apartment buildings. Over the course of his career, his projects have ranged from major land development and spec properties to custom homes and residential/commercial renovations. Mitchell's attention to detail, creativity and adherence to time/budget constraints have consistently set him apart and led to positive customer experiences. I listen to what my clients want and then work with them to design the most creative and cost-effective solution. Throughout the project, I go out of my way to keep them informed of progress and developments.
