The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great and was cleaned up perfectly afterward. Highly recommend for quality landscaping work.

I wanted a warm weather grass but they recommended fescue. They installed fescue sod in my yard and it was completely dead within 6 months. They promised to come seed in the fall since they did not give me proper instruction for care but they never responded when I reached out about getting seeding done. Horrible experience and complete waste of thousands of dollars. Would not recommend.

Chisum and his team have gone above and beyond to transform our backyard. We moved into our newly built home in May of 2020 and have had a mostly unusable backyard until now. Chisum responded to my online inquiry on the same day and was out for a visit shortly after to discuss how to install a retaining wall to level the poor grade our home builder left us with. Bond Site Solutions has regraded our backyard, installed a 70ft+ engineered retaining wall, built a paver patio with fire pit, paver trash can area & paver grill area and installed zoysia sod. They've also installed a lighting package to highlight all the beautiful hardscaping. His quotes have all been very competitive and proved to be accurate. We are now enjoying 75% more usable space. His crew is professional and on time. They have not showed up late once, and have only missed days due to weather. The work has all been done the right way. Highly recommend and have already done so to neighbors and family.

Someone came out the first day I requested a quote and started the work within 2 weeks as promised. The work took a bit longer than expected due to weather conditions, but understandable. The work was done as discussed and at a reasonable rate for the amount of time it took. Our drainage and water issues required a lot of manual labor to install a French drain, reroute a rock creek and reroute gutter drainage. The customer service was excellent and the team very responsive. Would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic company! Working with Bond was easy, we discussed options and both agreed on the job. The guys were very Professional, reviewed the project with me before starting so there was no misunderstanding. Once they completed it look great but, as always, looking at it the next day I had an issue, sent a text to Chisum, less than an hour they came back made a slight change and done. I highly recommend Bond and will have them on my next project.

His pricing is extremely fair and without hidden costs. He has built a large retaining wall, installed a sprinkler system, prepared flower beds, and planted sod for me. I know he will be readily accessible for my next project.

Would hire them again if needed. They did exactly what they said they were going to do for the job. Installed 3700 sq. ft. of sod & removed 2 good size stumps on this project.
