Excellent company and customer service.

Technician carefully suggested what I needed to have done to extend the life of my AC. He showed me reading that were current. After he replaced three parts he showed me the new readings that showed my AC is now very healthy and will work for years to come.

Started out getting 3 estimates, Sears, Costco and Right Now Air, Sears was cheapest, Costco estimate was similar to Right Now Air, Costco Gold Members has a Cash Back Refund that you have wait for and Right Now Air gave me my Rebates up front which drop the price substantially and Right Now Air will add more Insulation in the attic which the other companies didn’t offer. I researched which companies had the fewest complaints and how they handled complaints after the work is done and Right Now Air had the fewest complaints I could find. The installation Crew a of 3 was friendly and professional, covered floors with a Tarp, wore shoe covering, the job took a one and half days, I’m satisfied with the price and work that was done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Right Now Air again

Our heat pump is 18 years old, so I was not surprised when it quit working. I called Right Now Air at 4:30 PM and they gave me an appointment for the next morning and actually arrived at 9 AM. The technician diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He had to jury rig two separate parts together into a single unit to fix the heat pump, but he fixed it. The charge was $325. I would gladly have paid more than that to have heat in my house again. He also told me that our heat pump is now obsolete. He said that this fix will not last a long time, maybe a year at most, and gave me a price range for a new heat pump. That will be a major expenditure for me because I am retired, so I hope this fix lasts a long time. It is so great to have heat in the house again!

Very professional and clear

Their tech were on time. I received a text and photo before they came. They explained what they’re doing. They fixed and restarted my centralized heating and charged me $69 for their service. I’m a happy camper.

Their communication is detailed, consistent and very informative. I'd recommend that more companies follow their lead, especially the text communication providing a photo of the tech before they arrive.

The work performed was completed in a timely manner and cleanup upon completion was appropriate.

I hired this firm to evaluate my AC unit. They communicated clearly . However , I did not hire them to replace rhe ac unit .

Tom was on time, and very kind, professional and clear explaining every step of the repair process to my 93 year old dad, whose furnace motor had seized up and needed replacing. It was cold and our furnace had died. We had an expensive quote to repair our furnace from another company with NO warranty. Thus we were faced with replacement. We were gathering estimates to replace our furnace. Adam Deadrich from Right Now Air suggested repairing our furnace with a warranty at a reasonable price. Tom Olsen at Right Now Air did an outstanding job repairing our furnace. Tom accessed our furnace problems and kept us informed along the way, no surprises. I would definitely recommend and hire again.

First, the job was to install a wall heat/ac unit in our garage. Mr Ramirez and his crew were on time, efficient and cleaned. Made sure I knew how to use the unit and they all made sure I was good with each aspect of the job. I did not receive a written invoice and was told I would have to call the office for it. Great people. Great job.
