Right Now Repairs and Renovations, LLC

Dewan Williams came today on time and completed the project quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him to him again. I will use hin again. Reasonably priced too. Thank you.

In our first contact to install some framing Dewan was very timely. When framing the measurement was off but of no real issue. Generally the framing was good. We talked about ensuing work. After several attempts to contact Dewan by text I have given up and will move along. We thought he would be good but as it turns out not so much.

He was very prompt, very nice, very reasonable. I would use him again.

quick response

I hired this person to find a replacement glass panel for a metal door on the outside of my house. He was able to find a replacement that was very close to the original, and he easily installed it. He had come by on a Friday to look at my problem, and told me he would get back to me on the following Monday afternoon. I did not hear from him on Monday, but I called him on Tuesday. Within one two hours he had found an available replacement piece and installed it acceptably!

Did an excellent job. Came a soon as we called. Hiring him for more jobs!

I purchased a new pull-down attic ladder to replace an existing one but was having trouble finding anyone on Angie's List interested in such a "small" job. I didn't realize I was using Home Advisor when I submitted my request but Mr. Williams promptly emailed me and left a voice message first so I contacted him first. He was available immediately at a cost $100 below a quote from Amazon Home Services so I hired him. He showed up within an hour and was very professional, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. As it turns out the ladder wasn't suitable for the space occupied by the old one (there wasn't enough room for it to unfold) but we discussed the options and I elected to have a door frame cut to accommodate the ladder. Mr. Williams knew the area to be cut wouldn't compromise the structural stability of the wall (my primary concern) so even though we knew this wasn't an ideal solution it would allow the installation to be done (to be honest I knew I'd probably never return the ladder, buy another one, then hire him again so the total "expense" would be far more than it should...). A second issue arose with the length of the ladder but he was able to resolve it as well. Even though it took at least twice the amount of time it would if everything had been perfect when I asked how much I owed him his price was so low I added a bit more since I really appreciate everything he did. I will definitely call Right Now Repairs in the future for projects that need to be done on my "new" home. I am happy to (finally!) know a professional, reliable, honest, and affordable contractor.

timely and reasonable service

Mr. Williams and his assistant did an outstanding job leveling my deck. I am very satisfied with their work. I am definitely going to use them again for some other small jobs I need done. Mr Williams called me the next day to tell me that if I saw any problems with the work to call him and he would come back and take care of it. Hire him and I know you will be pleased with the job he does.

Dewan stayed in contact daily and sent pictures daily on the progress of the project, He takes pride in doing an excellent job and it shows. Thanks Dewan we will use you again!

They did a great job, and I appreciate their hard work.
