Mr. Grant answered the phone call immediately when I placed a first time order and then again when I added a room to my order for my cleaning date. He arrived on time and did an extremely thorough cleaning job for all my rooms and in a timely manner. The cost was fair and he did an overall excellent job. I would most definitely use Right Touch Floor Service again!

From the time I spoke to someone to set up my appointment I felt they would do well. Demarcus was very professional, personable and did a great job. He got out the stains in my 7 year old (artist) carpet. By the way the pricing compared to other companies was very reasonable. My carpets look great and I can't wait for the family to come home from vacation to their clean and great smelling bedrooms.

I was in need of pet stained carpets to be cleaned. I searched Home advisor on a Saturday evening and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday with Grant, the technician from Right Touch. He’s a true pro in every way! He called to speak with me about the project and through our discussion he was able to determine the size and materials he’d need to complete the project. He quoted me an extremely fair price and his company accepts payment by cash, check, credit card and even Zelle! On Monday, he arrived right on schedule, wearing a mask and was very polite and patient as he entered our home and set up to work. He thoroughly cleaned every part of the exposed carpet. He gave us our instructions for drying time and care and if that wasn’t enough, he gave us plastic booties to wear around the house while the carpet was still damp! Grant is a class act and Right Touch Floor Service is a company we can depend on. I will definitely reschedule him to return in 6 months for another cleaning! My family is very happy with the entire experience. We highly recommend that you consider this company for all of your carpet and flooring cleaning needs!

Terrific start to finish! Extremely professional... they were the first of the pros I contacted to call me back, gave me a convenient appointment on the very next day, as I had requested, very reasonably priced, showed up right on time, did the work, and charged exactly as they had estimated. I was not physically present when they came to my house, (thanks to COVID19), but I have utmost confidence due to their professional behavior, that they did a terrific job.

They were very professional Was on time And did a great job

Don't use them...they don't do a good job. .left carpet soaking wet. Said it would dry..4 hours later still wet. Contacted the company and had a hard time getting them back out...still waiting for them to come. DON'T USE THEM!
