Right Way Cleaning Service

"Myself and 2 cleaning helpers spent many hours cleaning a vacant rental(a 3 bedroom 2 bath modular home) that was left pretty dirty(there were mice droppings and dead rodents on the property) I washed windows/sills inside and out ceiling fans and light fixtures were hand washed There were cobwebs removed in the whole place and laundry appliances were wiped down The two full bathrooms were cleaned and disinfected and the toilets were not hooked up and in working order(they were removed to replace flooring) In the kitchen all countertops, sink, cabinets and the appliances (stove and fridge) were cleaned the place had all flooring ripped out so the customer asked that I would come back after new flooring was installed and I agreed. He apologized that he was not more organized and that I was not able to be the last person there to clean the whole place after all contracting work was done. At the end of so many hours I sent the employees home because they had already worked the hours that were quoted for the job and I agree to take up the slack in order to finish the job satisfactory to the customer. The second time I came back to clean the oven. It was really greasy and had to let some oven cleaner soak on it. The owner said to just wait and come back when the flooring was done and I agreed. The third time I came back which was July 4th (a holiday), I came and finished cleaning the stove a slider door glass and tracks and screen. ALL NEW FLOORING HAD BEEN REPLACED. The tub had been cleaned, again by myself because it had been used to clean something and I used a product to get the rust out of the tub. The owner said it looks good now. There was paneling in the living room which I cleaned by using a spin mop bucket with Bona cleaner and washed the paneling and did some paneling at chair level by hand. When I was finished I asked the customer if everything was okay and if he was satisfied with the job and he said "I'm Happy" and proceeded to write me a check for the job. I also edged the carpeted rooms and vacuumed them and all closets, something the owner said the carpet installers said they would do. I am not sure why this customer gave me such a review after all my hard work and he never said to me there was anything unaddressed. Please just stick to reading my 5 star reviews, that is the quality of myself and my work."
