Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
This company does not communicate well with customers and did not complete the job , for which they were very demanding about getting paid to do. I paid them after being assured by Chris, their representative, that my job would be finished when equipment was repaired. It has been over 3 weeks and no updates on work conclusion. I am not a satisfied client.

"Im sorry that we have not got out to do your stumps but chris has been leaving you updates. Also we did not make you pay for the stumps we took the price off so you havent paid for them yet. I do apologize for the length of time its taken to repair our machine unfortunately it took awhile to get parts and repair it. If youd like to have someone else do your stumps I understand. Im just now able to pick up the machine this Monday from the shop and can come out sometime this week to do them otherwise. Again you have not paid for the stumps only the work we completed we collect on."

One of cheapest. First day went smoothly, second day they caused damages to sidewalk breaking it in several places. They also damaged decorative concrete curbing that separates grass and gravel. They are not responding to fix these problems although they claimed they have insurance. BAD EXPERIENCE!

They do great work. The tree looks fantastic. Cleanup was great. Once we agreed on a time for the work they were very prompt. Price is extremely competitive. They know trees. Will use them again is a second. Communication is important, thus the 4.5 rating

Their quote was more than reasonable. Their work was outstanding & complete. They did what they promised to do in a timely & efficient manner. I had them remove 3 Aspens, 1 very large Maple & trim a couple of other trees. They worked very hard, cleaned up afterwards & hauled away the debris. I was so pleased with their work that a friend asked them to call & set up an appointment. I would absolutely hire & recommend them again.

They were conscientious , did a good job. They were the only business of the 3 who came out who tackled what I wanted done on such a large tree. I have no idea if their pricing was fair or not; they set a price and I agreed.

During the free estimate visit Chris took me around the yard and explained specifically how the trees I wanted to be pruned would be done. This took maybe 30 minutes. The other companies did not do this. I planted the four trees around 30 years ago and they were special to me so this extra care in explaining the pruning was a nice touch. They called a day in advance for their arrival. The cost was the least of my three estimates. They completely cleaned up after their job.
