I?ve worked with this company before and even gave them multiple jobs in the past. Recently, I asked them to come out and bid on another project, but instead of even looking at the job, they told me their ?prices are too high for me? and refused to bid. That decision was based on just one prior bid that I didn?t move forward with?while completely ignoring the fact that I had already hired them for two other jobs. When I pointed that out, they dismissed me with ?Good luck.? This kind of attitude shows a lack of professionalism and appreciation for loyal customers. If you?re looking for reliable service and respectful communication, I?d recommend looking elsewhere.

The workers arived on time, went to work and professionally trimmed my trees to about halfway. My trees won't need trimming for quite some time to come. They also attend to my two tall palm trees. Thanks to Robin and his amazing team, the entire neighborhood has been improved. Not only did Robin come in and reduce this substantial 100 year old pine add me to keep it but he helped the neighbors with trimming their trees while at the same time managing all the stress of everyoneâ s expectations involving various neighbors goals. If you are dealing with tree trimming and especially tree removal you need someone very calm like Robin to handle the various issues that arise. Definitely go with these people. They are honestly extremely fair on pricing and donâ t cut corners.

Robin balanced my need to trim two med-size trees with what was best for the health and growth of those trees. He and his assistant did so expertly and left the front yard brighter and cleaner.
