"We always do our best to provide high quality customer service, we apreciate you noticing the effot with support. To future customers: we set a design weeks ahead. This owner was with us hourly, each day was pleasant. We heard only complements on site. She wanted to buy material from her local lumber yrd as they offered her a discount but wood quality suffered a bit. Only opt.She made changes to the design of the deck on day one and we were told to alter the rail design on day two; to use brackets rather than joinery. We didnt charge extra but brackets caused a 1/4" gap b/c we mounted as requested. Told us she loved it. Very surprised. Hurt."
