Rikman Services, Inc.

Timely and efficient!

Fantastic!!!

Rikman great on actual instal but moderately indifferent on keeping customer ( me ) pro-actively informed on instal action plan/timing/required customer input. Have suggested Rikman produce a one-page laminated action plan / handout for all future customers NOT familiar with generator instal protocols & tracking of their $12,000+ purchase . As of end-August '23 no response.

Great early on time everything went great everything rxplained

Rikman provided great service from their front office personnel to the installation crew . Highly recommended to anyone looking to install a generator at a fair price.

Generac Install.........They did a good job for the most part and the main issue was not with them as such but the company who were responsible for the preparation of the trench. They did not approach the job with any care or detail and left my yard with a huge scar across it. This I was very disappointed with but Rikman did deal with the situation after the event. I will still need to make some repairs myself after this period of very hot weather as the grass removed along the trench will never recover due to the method in which it was removed and not preserved during install. I have very high standards so maybe I am being harsh but if you pay a large amount like this for a job I expect a high level of service from all involved and this did not happen in my case.

They responded to my initial inquiry quickly and completed installation on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a generator installed or maintained.

Excellent service!

Kathy did a outstanding job , kept me informed throughout the installation. Thanks

They did the work when promised.

Rick met with us, told us what he would do then he and his staff took over and they did exactly as he said and all in a professional manner.

The customer service was outstanding, everything was explained to me, the price was reasonable and the job was completed professionally and timely.

All in one company. Full electrical upgrade on panel plus they contacted electrical to unlock (but not to relock, no clue why actually). Thats the only negative. They have employees for electrical and plumbing which are NOT contractors subbed out which was a major plus for me.

Very pleased all very professional every thing was uniform like it supposed to be

Overall experience was great!

Installation of standby generator. Three, 2 man, crews, completed the install. One crew began preparing the location for the pad; the second crew began the electric install and the third crew began the gas hook up.. Very professional, completing their task. I was impressed with their work ethics completing their task function along side the other teamâ  s tasks functions being completed.

It's only been one week, but so far it's been good

Didnâ t notice all my lights didnâ t come on two days later. When they powered back up..!instead of hearing â wellâ . I heard we will take a look at it. They fixed it. Very impressed. I would recommend this company.

They offered the lowest price and did great work. Would recommend to anyone needing a generator.

These guys are professionals and are whole house generator experts. The number of whole house generators they have installed caught my attention big time.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Rikman was very good about timing and following through with commitments.

Rikman showed up! Our generator caught fire on New Yearâ s Day and had to be replaced. We called several contractors, a couple that bid our generator install then vaporized. Rikman kept in touch, we are still in mid install getting some inspection infractions cleared up. My only complaint is some plants were ruined by trenching. Overall great service and crew. The electrician Rodney was especially caring and competent. We have a mini golden doodle who was determined to help him and he just let her supervise with lots of pets all while doing his job. Everyone on the crew was personable and polite. Some of the other bids were lower, but again they didnâ t show up. Rikman seemed knowledgeable about new code and what it was going to take to replace our burned generator.

They kept me informed as to when the equipment would be in.

Excellent company, highly recommend.
