Riley Development, LLC

We hired Ian to extend a concrete patio which made it twice as big. It turned out great! Honest, great communication, and great workmanship. Highly recommend for any project.

Great work and a very good experience. Good communication throughout ad pricing was more than fair.

Riley Development, LLC just completed the installation of our patio deck today and I have to say as a retired building maintenance supervisor I was impressed. Ian, the project manager was maticolous and paid attention to every detail. Our 10x27' deck came out better than we could have hoped for. The communication on this project from start to finish was impeccable and it was done ahead of schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone. In fact we now have two more projects for this very professional contracter to do. In other words they are now our go to people!

Ian was very professional and informative regarding the install of our sprinkler system. Always kept us informed in the progress and completion. We are very happy and pleased with the end results and would recommend him to anyone interested in hiring him.

Ian did an excellent job installing my backyard fence in a friendly and efficient manner. I highly recommend his service.

Ian and his team did an amazing job. The team was friendly and professional and always arrived on time. The wood fence they installed enclosed the backyard on both sides of the house. He installed a 10â gate on one side of the house and a partitioned dogs area on the other which also had to integrate with a deck. There were a number of different levels to transition and everything was done to perfection. I would defiantly call on him again for any additional needs.

Very friendly and professional. The job site was kept clean, great communication and fence looks amazing. Riley built a wood fence, gates and chain link for us. I would definitely recommend and call back again for future projects. Not your typical contractor that tends to be late, makes a mess and then follows up with excuses. 5 star review all the way around!

Ian and his crew replaced our old wooden fence and gate. He was quick to provide a fair estimate and let us know that he could start our project within the next two weeks. He listened and understood exactly what we wanted to accomplish. He always kept us informed as the project progressed and provided us with options when needed. Ian went above and beyond when there was an unexpected issue and he went out of his way to accommodate our neighbors. We are extremely pleased with how the project turned out. The attention to detail is second to none. We highly recommend Riley Development.

Ian does a meticulous job and pays attention to all of the little details. When he says he ll do something you can count on him to go the extra mile for you. The fence looks amazing.
